Four Corners

A strategic and stealthy game where players choose a corner to stand in while one player, the ‘Guesser,’ tries to guess the occupied corner. A fun game for groups, ideal for indoor play.

Equipment Needed

  • A blindfold (any soft cloth or scarf)
  • A room with four distinct corners

Step 1- Choose the ‘Guesser’

Select one player to start as the 'Guesser.' The 'Guesser' stands in the middle of the room blindfolded.

Step 2- Players Start in the Middle

All other players start in the middle of the room.

Step 3- Counting

The 'Guesser' counts to a predetermined number out loud, giving other players time to choose corners.

Step 4- Choosing Corners

Players quietly move to one of the four corners while the 'Guesser' counts.

Step 5- The Guess

After counting, the 'Guesser' calls out their guess for which corner has players.

The Rules

Rule 1

The 'Guesser' must keep remain blindfolded.

Rule 2

Players must remain in their chosen corner until one is called.

Rule 3

Empty Corner: If the guessed corner is empty, the 'Guesser' loses and remains the same for a new round. Players return to the middle to restart.

Rule 4

If there is only one person in the guessed corner, that person loses and becomes the new 'Guesser.'

Rule 5

If multiple players are in the guessed corner, they play a quick game of Rock, Paper, Scissors (or any other quick decision-making game like a coin toss) to determine the new 'Guesser.'
