A fast-paced, fun game where players pass an object quickly as if it’s too hot to hold, perfect for lively group gatherings.

Equipment Needed

A small, object (like a soft ball, bean bag, or an actual potato)
A Music Player

Step 1- Gather Players

Have players sit in a circle, facing each other

Step 2- Choose the Music Player

Select one person to control the music (or any sound cue if music isn’t available).

Step 3- Start the Music

The music player starts the music, signalling the beginning of the game.

Step 4- Pass the ‘Potato’

Players quickly pass the 'potato' to the person next to them.

Step 5- Stop the Music

The music player stops the music at random intervals

Step 6- Caught with the ‘Potato’

The player holding the 'potato' when the music stops is out.

Step 7- Remove one chair (if seated) and resume play until one player remains.
